<p>Das Modul
<a href="http://git.sans.ethz.ch/?p=puppet-modules/ethz_dinfk_network;a=summary">ethz_dinfk_network</a>
fügt die Domäne "inf.ethz.ch" via dhclient-Konfiguration in die /etc/resolv.conf
an den bestehenden Suchpfad an.</p>
<p>Wie die
<a href="https://www.nico.schottelius.org//blog/published-efsh-puppet-module/">vielen</a>
<a href="https://www.nico.schottelius.org//blog/published-openntpd-ethz-puppet-module/">anderen</a>
<a href="https://www.nico.schottelius.org//blog/published-java-prayer-webmail-collectd-puppet-modules/">veröffentlichen Module</a>
ist die Ausgliederung in ein eigenes Git-Repository
Teil unserer Puppetsäuberungsaktion.</p>
<p>In diesem Fall sogar gleich zweimal, da wir den <strong>inf.ethz.ch</strong>
Suchpfad <a href="https://www.nico.schottelius.org//neuigkeiten/verschiebung-der-rechner-von-inf.ethz.ch-nach-ethz.ch/">nicht mehr benutzen</a>.
Wir haben es trotzdem noch gesäubert und veröffentlicht, vielleich kann es
ja jemand anderes mal gebrauchen.</p>
Published puppet module for efshhttps://www.nico.schottelius.org//blog/published-efsh-puppet-module/2016-02-25T13:34:32Z2015-02-03T14:47:26Z
<p>To help people easily deploy <a href="https://www.nico.schottelius.org//docs/efsh/">efsh</a>,
I released a puppet module, which realises the basic
directory structure.</p>
<p>It's still very incomplete, but you can get a first
impression on
<a href="http://git.sans.ethz.ch/?p=puppet-modules/efsh;a=summary">git.sans.ethz.ch</a>.</p>
<h1>Update #1</h1>
<p>I switched over to use <a href="https://www.nico.schottelius.org//software/cdist/">cdist</a> instead of Puppet.</p>
Published puppet modules: Collectd, Java, Prayer and ns_webmail_proxyhttps://www.nico.schottelius.org//blog/published-java-prayer-webmail-collectd-puppet-modules/2016-02-25T13:34:32Z2015-02-03T14:47:26Z
<p><a href="https://sans.ethz.ch">Steven and I</a> are continuing to clean up
our puppet repo, which resulted in four new
(more or less standalone) puppet modules:</p>
<ul>
<li><a href="http://git.sans.ethz.ch/?p=puppet-modules/collectd;a=summary">collectd</a>: Create monitoring and monitored hosts with puppet</li>
<li><a href="http://git.sans.ethz.ch/?p=puppet-modules/java;a=summary">java</a>: Include all java stuff you ever dreamed of</li>
<li><a href="http://git.sans.ethz.ch/?p=puppet-modules/prayer;a=summary">prayer</a>: A lightweight webmail</li>
<li><a href="http://git.sans.ethz.ch/?p=puppet-modules/prayer;a=summary">ns_webmail_proxy</a>: Using prayer and postfix to create a webmail proxy that can also send e-mails</li>
</ul>
<p>If you enjoy them, we would be happy if you drop us a mail ;-)</p>

<p>Continuing our effort to provide reusable puppet modules,
<a href="http://sans.ethz.ch">we</a> published an
<a href="http://git.sans.ethz.ch/?p=puppet-modules/openntpd;a=summary">openntpd puppet module</a>.</p>
<p>Because the default configuration does not work in ETH, when using
private ip addresses, which cannot reach the internet directly,
we also created an ETH-specific version, which can be found
in the
<a href="http://git.sans.ethz.ch/?p=puppet-modules/ethz;a=summary">ethz puppet module (class ntp)</a>.</p>
