Introduction

Without further introduction to the why and how, I did get my hands on a Porsche Taycan Facelit in the Turbo Cross Tourismo version.

The lights

Let's start with the elephant in the room - the lights. They are different and depending on whom you ask are either more ugly or more pretty than the previous generation ones.

In the beginning I did not like the look at all, because the new design takes away a bit the interesting form. However, in the end this is just nitpicking. More interesting is that the new lights are supposed to be much better at night. I unfortunately did not have a chance to test that just yet.

The AC charger

The new facelift models only come with an 11kW onboard charger.

Interestingly the breaks seems to be worse, compared to the previous generation Turbo S model. This might be due to PCCB on the Turbo S and PCSB
